Singapore’s Inclusive Transit Upgrades

Singapore’s transport infrastructure now features improved accessibility for people with disabilities. Public buses and trains are fully wheelchair-accessible, with tactile indicators and priority seating. By 2025, nearly all bus stops will be barrier-free, and pedestrian crossings will have extended crossing times. These enhancements are part of the Enabling Masterplan 2030, fostering a more inclusive community.
