TransLink is entering the real estate market in Metro Vancouver with a 30-storey mixed-use development near Arbutus Subway Station. Scheduled for development soon, this project aims to generate revenue for transit expansion and address housing needs. It includes 260 rental units, blending market and below-market rates, and supports the Transit 2050 capital plan.
