Vertical Gardens in New Shanghai Tower Complex

The newly completed LuOne Mixed-Use Complex in Shanghai’s Luwan district features an eight-story retail area and a 35-story office tower with vertical gardens. Initiated in 2018 and finished in 2024, the project enhances urban greenery and community spaces through open street-level shops. It addresses the need for nature in the urban core and is executed by developer CapitaLand.
