The 18 Blackfriars Road project in London, set to begin soon, will feature two residential blocks and a 45-storey office skyscraper. Designed to be the city’s lowest whole-life carbon high-rise, it integrates nearby public transit options, including buses and the Underground, promoting walkability and sustainable urban living while aiming for the WELL Community Gold rating.
