Upland Park, a $1 billion transit-oriented development near Miami’s Dolphin Station, will feature 975 apartments in its first phase. Located at NW 14th Street and NW 118th Place, the project integrates with the SMART rapid transit system. Initiated in 2023, it aims to boost transit ridership and reduce car dependence, with phased construction through 2027.
