New Transit-Oriented Neighborhood Planned for Richmond’s Pulse Corridor

Richmond’s Sauer Center, a 37-acre transit-oriented development along the Pulse BRT corridor on Broad Street, will feature over two million square feet of mixed-use construction. Initiated in 2023, it aims to address the city’s housing shortage and revitalize underutilized urban land. The project will execute in phases over 10-15 years, integrating residential, commercial, and public spaces.
