One Congress Tower, a 611-foot office building, is being constructed at 1 Congress Street in Boston. Featuring a folded glass facade, the tower is part of a mixed-use, transit-oriented development (TOD) in Bulfinch Crossing, integrating with nearby transit and pedestrian promenades. Developed by Carr Properties and partners, it is slated for completion in 2022 to offer one million square feet of office space.
