Transforming Rotterdam’s Weenapoint

Weenapoint, a new mixed-use tower complex in Rotterdam, integrates with the central train station. Scheduled for completion by mid-2022, it will replace an existing building with 17,000 sqm of office space, 200-300 apartments, and commercial areas. Developed to enhance urban density and modernize the area, its design features recessed towers to ensure street-level light.
