Seoullo 7017 in Seoul repurposes a 1970s overpass into a pedestrian-only urban garden spanning a kilometer. Connecting Seoul Station to Namdaemun Market, it integrates with local transit, enhancing walkability. Initiated to make the city more pedestrian-friendly, the project features 24,000 plants, blue-lit planters, and bridges to adjacent areas, with future links to additional gardens.
